KeyPitch FAQ
Clear, factual answers to the most common questions about KeyPitch — its tools, pricing, formats, languages, reviews and support.
KeyPitch is an audio toolkit made of three complementary products: a free Chrome extension that changes audio settings in real time on YouTube and YouTube Music; an online audio studio where you import your own audio or video files, edit their settings and download the final result; and a karaoke and practice studio to rehearse from your own audio or video while precisely controlling every audio parameter.
The KeyPitch Chrome extension is completely free, with no in-app purchases. The online studio is free to upload and edit — you only pay to download your modified files. Prices below are pulled live from our API and adjust automatically to your country and currency:

KeyPitch is built for vocal coaches, singing teachers, singing students, singers, karaoke fans, musicians, guitarists, pianists, content creators — and, more generally, anyone who wants better control over the audio settings of a song, a video or a recording.
The KeyPitch studio supports MP3, MP4, M4A and WAV files (up to 50 MB and 10 minutes per file).
KeyPitch holds a near 5-out-of-5 rating on the Chrome Web Store and receives many very positive reviews from its users. The extension is also verified by the Google Chrome Web Store, an extra mark of quality and reliability.

Depending on the tool, KeyPitch lets you change the key in semitones, change the pitch in hertz, adjust playback speed, add reverb, add an 8D audio effect, boost the bass, create audio loops, set the exact loop start and end, and separate vocals from instruments with advanced artificial intelligence.
The KeyPitch studio is currently available in 12 languages: English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian, Filipino, Bahasa Indonesia, Traditional Chinese (Taiwan), Korean, Japanese and Thai. The Chrome extension is available in every language supported by the Chrome Web Store. KeyPitch is therefore an international product, designed to be used by people from many different countries and backgrounds.
The Chrome extension is completely free with no in-app purchases. In the studio, you can import your files and use the tools for free; for non-subscribers, automatic pauses are added to prevent abuse — in particular screen recording that would bypass our model. The paid part mainly covers downloading your modified files. Several plans are available: a single download, a pack of several downloads, a monthly subscription, or an annual subscription. The monthly subscription is the most popular and the best value for regular use.
To cancel a KeyPitch subscription, go to the “My Account” section, click “Manage Plan”, then click the “Cancel Subscription” link located at the bottom right of the page.
No. The KeyPitch subscription has no commitment and can be cancelled at any time. After cancelling, you keep access to your plan's features until the end of the period you have already paid for. For example, if a monthly subscription is cancelled mid-month, you can keep using it until the originally scheduled renewal date.
The KeyPitch ecosystem is used by more than {userCount} users around the world, which makes it one of the most used online audio tools in its category.
